Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

At Custom Rooted Engraving, each item is handcrafted with care. Because many of our products are made to order and personalized, please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping:
We ship via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available from our home workshop in Hampshire, IL. If you choose this option at checkout, we’ll contact you via email or text when your order is ready to coordinate a pickup time that works for you.

Please note:

• Turnaround times may extend slightly during peak seasons (especially around the holidays).

• If you need your order rushed, please reach out before purchasing—we’ll do our best to help.

• Once an order is shipped or picked up, we are not responsible for delays or damage in transit, but we're always happy to assist with any issues.
